Katie Kelly
Experience: In the past, I gained experience managing other retail stores and working in sales. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Supervision with an undergraduate focus in Workplace Communication. While pursuing my education, I joined National Design Mart in 2019. Upon graduating, I was promoted, allowing me to further grow within the company.
Fun Fact: I love going to Key West every year and jumping off Sugarloaf Bridge, also known as the “Jump off Bridge.”
Hobbies: I love going on spontaneous weekend trips with my husband, sister, and brother-in-law. One of our favorite destinations is Hocking Hills!
Devon Dye
Experience: I have been at National for almost 9 years. I started as a receptionist and have been excited to grow with the company.
Fun Fact: I graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice/Sociology and have changed career paths and enjoy my career in Accounting.
Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boys. I love to be in nature, hiking, reading, and traveling.
Taylor Gibson
Experience: 1 year reception. 1 year Builder Admin, 6 year Project Manager.
Fun Fact: I am a competitive Three Day Event rider.
Hobbies: Spend time with family and friends, cooking, hiking, camping, horse riding.
Jonathan Selman
Experience: 1.5 years at National. (20+ years in the flooring Industry).
Fun Fact: I was the lead singer in several bands in my younger years.
Hobbies: Spend time with our grandkids. Go to concerts & music festivals with my wife.
Joel Minor
Experience: Started flooring in 1997.
Fun Fact: Division 1 Athlete – Lettered 9 times in Indoor/Outdoor Track and Cross Country.
Hobbies: I am Dad of a 3 sport High School Athletes. No such thing.
Karen Urda
Experience: 38 years in flooring industry - project manager & accounting.
Fun Fact: I married my high school sweetheart.
Hobbies: In my spare time I love to go to the Cleveland Metro Parks to hike and walk my dog.
